With a 30-year background in business and financial management, Noel’s expertise lies in strategic planning, product development, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership management in real estate, luxury boat ownership, healthcare, and application development.

Paul Hubble

Paul is a 50-ton certified US Coast Guard Master Captain who has made multiple Panama Canal transits and logged 75K blue water miles. He has an MBA and has spent 15 years as a licensed contractor as well as executive in multiple business partnerships. With his boating expertise, Paul is the person in charge of meeting and vetting the worthiness of each shared-use participant to determine their capabilities for safely driving our owners’ boats.
